About

I am Ema Oyeyiola, a Business Data Analyst and BI Manager with experience delivering dashboards, insights, and predictive analytics across retail, consulting, higher education, healthcare, non-profit, and customer-experience projects.

I work at the intersection of data, business strategy, and education, helping teams understand not just what the numbers say, but what to do next.

My journey into data analytics began with a simple realization: businesses already possess valuable data, but they don’t know how to utilize it. Whether it's uncovering customer insights, optimizing operations, or visualizing complex patterns, I thrive on making data accessible and actionable for everyone — from startups to enterprise teams. At the core of my work is a simple belief - data should empower people, not intimidate them.

What I do Best

  1. Turning raw datasets into clean, analysis-ready structures.

  2. Design decision-focused dashboards that drive action.

  3. Communicate insights clearly to both technical & non-technical audiences.

  4. Automate workflows to reduce errors and save time.

  5. Building predictive models that support planning and forecasting.

I am passionate about making data practical, approachable, and useful for all, especially for small businesses and non-technical teams. Through my blog, I teach small business owners how to maximize the data they already have to make strategic decisions that improve operations, boost productivity, and increase sales.
